-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Follow up consistently with customers throughout the purchase and delivery process

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Build and maintain a personal book of business and repeat clientele

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Input and update orders, customer notes, and sales pipeline in POS/CRM systems

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain showroom appearance and ensure merchandise is presented to standard

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Collaborate with design and operations staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Stay informed about new arrivals, manufacturer offerings, promotions, and design trends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Experience with high-end or custom furniture

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Interior design background or training (a plus)

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Working knowledge of brands like Flexsteel, Tempur Sealy, Hooker, etc. You will also be trained by vendors on brand specifics and benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Minimum 3-5 years of successful retail sales experience (furniture industry/related preferred)

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}High personal standards of integrity, professionalism, and presentation

-[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Comfortable with technology (POS, CRM, iPad tools, etc.)
