Summary: Supports the development of new products, the implementation of existing products and systems through technical support which aids in the company meeting management goals.

Level 1: Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Works on projects in support of development and production programs.

Assemble electrical components and systems according to schematics, block diagrams, and drawings

Assemble/solder SMT (as small as 0603 size) and thru hole components onto PCB (preferred)

Trouble shoot and identify solutions on faulty electrical equipment using multimeters and o'scopes (preferred)

Conduct incoming audits on completed electrical PCBAs (preferred), Harnesses, and Equipment

Fabricate and install power and signal wire assemblies onto vehicle platforms

Fabrication and installation of mechanical, electrical, and system components as required, involving crimping, cutting, soldering, and resizing existing components on OEM vehicles.

Use and maintain Solder dip technology

Level 2: Additional Responsibilities (others duties may be assigned):

Evaluate by measurements production PCBA's to determine failed components. Document findings for RMA reporting

Create Production quality wire harnesses off internal released prints. (Capital Essentials).

Modify production PCBA assemblies by removing and adding electronic components.

Create new harness layouts on full thermal kits and/or 1:1 paper layout. Follow all internal best practices and lessons learned.

Use of automated crimping equipment

Use of automated wire cutting equipment

High quality IPC level soldering skills
