POSITION DUTIES: Supervise and lead the operations team, ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity to support business goals, logistics, and sales operations. Handle the technical and operational details of international transportation across multiple modes, including managing documentation and ensuring compliance with varying customs regulations. Develop and implement distribution strategies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in shipping and delivery operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation and logistics intermediaries to streamline operations. Coordinate and direct daily logistics strategies with internal staff and external service providers, ensuring seamless execution of processes. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers, coordinating with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers. Work closely with the credit and financial team to prepare necessary documents for customer payments, including Letters of Credit, Sight Drafts, and other payment mechanisms commonly used in international trade. Monitor and improve the customer service process to ensure clients receive timely and effective support providing solutions for any service-related issues. Collaborate with the sales team to provide operational support, ensuring that customer requirements are met with efficiency.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Supply chain management, international business, or a related field and 5 years of experience in Sales or related in steel or electrical export industry

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with international trade agreements governing exports such as AUSFTA, KORUS FTA
