Electrical Assembly Associate I

Mon - Fri, 7AM - 4PM 40+ hours may be required based on workload and business needs.

We are also looking for shop foreman, forklift operators and shipping/ receiving help.

Learn how to perform skilled work in constructing and installing electrical assemblies and components, including circuit breakers, relays, switches, and transformers within power control modules.

Duties include:

Routing electrical cables, installing cable trays, and ensuring all work aligns with provided layouts and designs.

Each job must be completed with safety, accuracy, quality, and timeliness as required by the company, Osha, and other applicable standards.

Using tools to make or repair parts and products.

Interpreting technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions.

Working with other members of the line or group in order to assemble products.

Keeping a clean and tidy workspace.

Meeting all safety requirements of the company and industry.

Identifying any defective items and handling them according to established procedures.

Using reason to solve problems as they arise.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent GED.
