What You'll Do

Run in-home consultations with residential customers

Assess comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions

Build rapport and earn trust through honest, clear communication

Present proposals using company software and tools

Follow up with customers and manage your own sales pipeline

Coordinate with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Hit or exceed monthly sales targets with integrity and professionalism

What You Bring

2 or more years of in-home or direct sales experience (HVAC, solar, alarms, pest control, or similar)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivation, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset

The ability to adapt, learn quickly, and think on your feet

Familiarity with proposal software and CRM systems preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean record

A genuine desire to help customers make the best decision for their home
