You will play a significant role in enhancing our members' dining experiences by bringing innovative ideas and flavors to our dessert offerings. The ideal candidate has a keen sense of detail, is highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment. Key Duties

Prepare an array of high-quality desserts, pastries, and confections according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Assist in the development of new dessert items for special events and seasonal menus.

Stay updated with the latest trends in pastry and dessert preparation.

Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and a high standard of food quality.

Manage and rotate inventory of pastry supplies and ingredients.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook in a restaurant, resort, or hotel setting.

Culinary school education, specializing in pastry, is preferred.

Strong understanding of cake and pastry techniques.

Creativity and a passion for baking and dessert presentation.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
