Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Assist in inventory management by ensuring shelves are stocked, products are displayed correctly, and inventory is recorded accurately.

Stay informed about new products and developments in the welding industry to provide knowledgeable service.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and sales targets.

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Participate in store meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities by setting up displays and engaging with customers about ongoing promotions.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Basic knowledge of welding products and equipment is a plus but not required; we will provide training for the right candidate.

Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.

High school diploma or equivalent education; additional education or training in sales or related fields is advantageous.
