Duties

Process transactions accurately using the cash register, including cash handling and credit card processing.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.

Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.

Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders.

Contribute to team efforts by achieving sales goals and participating in promotional activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.

Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register.

Basic math skills are essential; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
