Job Title: Entry Level CNC Machining Technician

Location: Dessureau Machines, Inc., Berlin, Vermont modern 11,000 sq. ft. temperature-

controlled facility.

Position Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

Dessureau Machines, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machining Technician to support production machining of

high-precision components for the aerospace and military industries. This role requires strong attention

to detail and the ability to work in a regulated, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Education & Training:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

Technical Degree, Vocational Training, or CNC machining education preferred.

Formal CNC training or related coursework a plus.

Key skills:

Strong mathematical and technical aptitude

Time Management

Detail Oriented

Works well in a team environment

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Computer skills for operating CNC machinery and related software.

Job Responsibilities After Training:

Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-precision aerospace and

military parts.

Follow production routers, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure process consistency and

repeatability.

Ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring all safety standards are met.
