Job Duties:

Be the technical contact to support Microsoft data center customized liquid cooling infrastructure products.

Provide customers with state-of-the-art engineering solutions by using Delta Electronics products.

Provide engineering and technical expertise to analyze and understand pro and con of Delta Electronics products, applying principles of power electronics, infrastructure and data center.

Collaborate with sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management.

Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of technology relevant to that required to fulfill the job responsibilities, including but not limited to solar power, energy storage, and distributed generation.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team, and system integrators to design proper application systems, and formulate the product specification as per the customer's needs.

Evaluate the customer's requirements regarding systems application and perform the design of complex technical, technological, and functional aspects of a project.

Deliver accurate technical information and commercial data to customers to address their inquiries about existing and new Delta products.

Conduct technical discussions to evaluate customer system requirements and interface connectors to propose best fitting products from Delta portfolio.

Collaborate with Delta design, factory and quality teams to facilitate communication between those teams and customers.

Prepare a detailed schedule regarding the project specification, conduct research on market trends in field applications, and analyze the emerging trends for recommending new application engineering products.

Design the training material involved in the technical field training and assist in providing field training to the sales team.

Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, or related fields

Require 3 years of experience in project management.

Must have experience in:

Conduct specification discussions with customers' engineers to obtain accurate technical requirements for new products;

Consumer electronics and industrial ecosystems;

Collaborate with sales and internal technical teams---including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Integration Engineering---to provide customers with the most suitable and competitive solutions;

Develop project plans and manage schedules for new projects based on assessments of specification complexity and market trends;

Work with manufacturing and quality teams, act as a bridge between customers and factory partners.

This job requires limited domestic and international travel to visit customers and product R&D team (25%).
