Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service and solve

Reservation Management: Book reservations for transportation

services, including airport shuttles and private charters.

Sales Growth: Drive sales by recommending additional services and

upselling when opportunities arise.

Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers, answer their
