The applicant shall perform the daily administrative operations within the F-15 Division.

Essential Job Functions:

Task Management

Track, monitor, follow-up, and close-out EPAWSS specific taskers

SOCCER

Acquire and maintain appropriate F-15 SOCCER access (same as F-15 Program Control)

2x daily (0800/1500) pull from SOCCER for incoming taskers for EPAWSS

Coordinate with F-15 Program Control for submitting any EPAWSS submissions (as required)

TMT

Acquire and maintain appropriate F-15 TMT access (same as F-15 Program Control)

2x daily (0800/1500) pull from TMT for incoming taskers for EPAWSS

Coordinate with F-15 Program Control for submitting any EPAWSS submissions (as required)

Work alongside PM, DPM, Strategic Communications, and Integration Chief (as required)

Defense Travel System (DTS)

Input travel plans and authorizations for EPAWSS team members (as required/requested)

Make appropriate updates to members' travel plans as required/requested

Input travel plans and authorizations for EPAWSS team members (as required/requested)

Make appropriate updates to members' travel plans as required/requested

EPAWSS Execution Review/Staff Meeting Slides

Consolidate, update, and present EPAWSS meeting slides (Execution Review/Staff Meetings)

Scheduling Meetings

Schedule meeting internally/externally for EPAWSS via Microsoft Teams (CVR or NIPR Teams), Webex, or other similar dial-in/meet-me applications as required/requested

Attending Meetings

Attend key meetings (Morning Stand-up, Major Program Events, Weekly Execution Review/Staff Meetings)

F-15 Workflow Calendar

Manage, update, and control the F-15 EPAWSS calendar; ensure appropriate TDYs, Members' Leave, and large EPAWSS meetings are loaded to the F-15 Workflow Calendar

Manage EPAWSS Member Hails/Farewells/On-boarding

Manage and coordinate new members coming to the EPAWSS Team (getting appropriate access and connecting them to appropriate Team leads)

EPAWSS SharePoint

Maintain, update, and coordinate access to EPAWSS' SharePoint site

EPAWSS Org Chart & Recall Roster

Track, monitor, and updated EPAWSS org charts and recall rosters

EPAWSS Coins and Memorabilia

Track, monitor, and maintain inventory of EPAWSS items as well as funds paid to purchase said items

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus 10 years of experience is required.

Current Secret clearance.
