What you'll do

Manage and prioritize moderate to large projects, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other departments.

Lead process failure discussions, audits, and investigations across all facilities.

Perform feasibility studies and assist technicians in diagnosing equipment issues.

Troubleshoot, propose, implement, and document engineering solutions.

Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment processes.

Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment, processes, and products.

Create test parameters and participate in testing, data analysis, and process implementation.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, safety, and service.

Monitor and meet KPIs related to safety, quality, production, and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree + internship OR Associate's degree with 6 years of related experience (equivalent combinations will be considered).

Experience with production equipment, processes, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of statistical and quality methodologies (SPC, SQC, FMEA, DOE, etc.).

Ability to manage and write Process Control and Reaction Plans.

Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, printing, or paper equipment.

Strong background in engineering principles, design techniques, and production processes.

Proficiency in problem-solving, prioritization, and managing tasks independently or in teams.

Minimum proficiency in English for effective communication and training.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of related engineering experience
