TITLE: Director of Information Technology (Conshohocken, PA)

DUTIES:

Designs, builds, tests, and implements new and leading-edge technologies and capabilities to meet business requirements. Prioritizes infrastructure, virtualization, telecommunications initiatives and coordinates the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies. Develops and maintains key components of all IT related functions ; Designs, implements, manages, and administrates entire telecommunications infrastructure and its associated software, call management systems, voicemail, interactive voice response, workforce management, Quality Management, Speech Analytics, Dashboards, Reporting, Gamification, Digital Engagement (chat, email, SMS and social), video conferencing systems, auto conferencing, webinars, and voice recording system(s); Manages vendor relationships (collaborating as needed with other stakeholders) to maximize value from strategic partnerships and to efficiently deliver service in non-strategic areas; Hire, Train and Lead cross-functional and diverse Information Technology department; Develops, tracks and controls portions of the Information Technology annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations; Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information; and Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or Business Analytics. Two (2) years of experience in information technology project management required. Experience must include two (2) years of experience in the following: Project Planning and Execution: leading the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring budget adherence; Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborating with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers, IT technicians, and vendors, facilitating communication among project stakeholders; Resource Management: identifying staffing requirements in line with project milestones, including installation, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems; Risk Management and Quality Assurance: identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulatory requirements pertaining to data security and privacy standards. Establishing and enforcing Quality Assurance processes, leveraging knowledge base of IT systems to oversee regular testing and validation of software implementation; Documentation and Reporting: maintenance of detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress, and budget tracking, providing milestone updates to executive leadership and project stakeholders; and Change Management: implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new IT systems across organizations, provide training and support to end users to ensure successful integration.
