JQ Clothing Co. is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our team in beautiful Medora, North Dakota! Full-time and part-time positions are available, with employee housing available for qualified applicants.

Our ideal candidate enjoys fashion, loves working with people, and knows how to make every customer feel welcome. Retail experience is helpful but not requiredwe are happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, personalized service

Help customers select clothing, accessories, and gifts

Operate the checkout and point-of-sale system

Restock, organize, and merchandise the sales floor

Keep the boutique clean, welcoming, and visually appealing

Assist with receiving inventory and preparing new merchandise

Work cooperatively with the JQ Clothing Co. team

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude

Dependable and able to work independently

Willingness to learn about boutique clothing and current styles

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise boxes

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
