Clear Colorado Group is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team in Colorado. As a Packaging Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring The Clear products are accurately packaged, labeled, and prepared according to quality and compliance standards. ### Pay Starting at $19.29 per hour ### ### Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid Holidays - 401(k) with Company Match - Growth opportunities within a nationally recognized cannabis brand ## ## Responsibilities - Package, label, and prepare cannabis products for distribution - Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment - Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment - Complete production and work order documentation accurately - Organize and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) inventory areas - Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE - Support additional production and packaging activities as assigned ## ## Qualifications ### Required - Must be at least 21 years of age - Authorized to work in the United States - Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED Badge - Basic computer skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures - Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to work M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm ### Preferred - Previous packaging, manufacturing, or production experience - Cannabis industry packaging experience preferred - Experience operating industrial or automated equipment - Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance-driven environments ### Physical Requirements - Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday - Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods - Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks - Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for packaging, labeling, and product handling - Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds - Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist as needed in a production environment - Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting ## ## About The Clear The Clear is one of the most recognized cannabis brands in the United States.
