What You'll Do

Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards.

Champion Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

Ensure Quality: Establish rigorous quality control measures and lead corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Manage Costs: Develop and monitor budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance to streamline processes and accelerate product development.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally with composites and marine environments.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Track record of successful process optimization and team development.
