esponsible for enhancing data-driven decision-making by track and analyze product, market, and business data using business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, and methodologies as well as designing, developing, and implementing in our ERP system. Specific duties will include: (i) maintaining/updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methodologies; (ii) designing, configurating, testing, and implementing business solutions/functionalities in company's IT systems; (iii) maintaining the company's SEO functionality; (iv) creating business intelligence tools and systems, including designing databases, spreadsheets, and/or outputs, and acting as business processes subject matter expert; (v) evaluating product-related data within the ERP system and correcting discrepancies; (vi) harmonizing descriptions between different ERP systems and ensuring accurate product attributes; (vii) collaborating with business functions to optimize data in PowerBi; (viii) aligning PowerBi with specific operational needs and enhancing data-driven decision-making; (ix) documenting specifications for business intelligence or information technology reports, dashboards, or other outputs; (x) conducting detailed product comparison analyses to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements, pricing strategies and market positioning, and analyzing competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends; (xi) providing regular project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the implementation lifecycle, and preparing and leading internal and external project meetings; (xii) documenting and refining existing business processes, operational policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement and streamlined business operations; and (xiii) providing technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.

Must possess a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience in managing information technology projects.

Must know (from any completed university-level courses, seminars, workshops, or real-world hands-on experience): (i) ERP development, migration, user training, and administration; (ii) SQL Server administration and maintenance; (iii) development and maintenance of responsive websites using HTML/CSS/PHP; (iv) Power BI application development; (v) DAX programming; (vi) Scripting language; and (vii) ERP reporting.
