BetterUp, Inc. seeks Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Austin, TX:

Job Duties: Modify and refine app designs to conform with defined research specifications and changes in design trends. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, production, and sales departments, to establish and evaluate design concepts for app and user interface based on technical specifications and limitations as well as user feedback. Analyze app and user interface needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop and implement software systems that incorporate newly revised app and user interface designs with existing technology. Develop and direct software system testing or validation procedures and produce documentation outlining testing processes and procedures. Modify existing app software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, and upgrade interfaces to improve performance and user experience. Participate in new product planning and market research, to update current app and user interface design schemes and research potential for new products. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted. Salary: $190,000 - $218,500.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, employer will accept two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a software/full stack engineering-related position. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
