About the Role

As anInside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, customer service, and environmental sustainability.

Location:San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Pay:$18.00 to 20.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: Make 50+ outbound calls daily to establish customer contact and follow up on inbound inquiries.

Promote ATR Services: Assess customer needs, explain service benefits, and facilitate solutions to meet client requirements.

Revenue Generation: Utilize market analysis and strategic practices to identify opportunities with new and existing accounts.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to streamline the sales process.

Achieve Goals: Meet departmental sales targets and report progress regularly.

Professional Excellence: Uphold ATRs high standards of ethics, compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required; Associates degree with 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional customer service and rapport-building abilities.

Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems effectively.

Proficiency in networking and initiating client conversations.

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Occasional travel and physical requirements (sitting, occasional standing, walking, bending, etc.).
