Experience: 3 years of experience with Software Engineering or Autonomy Engineering. Requires skills and experience to include: Experience in motion planning and contributing to the development of planner features and capabilities. Ability to integrate planner components with other parts of the autonomy stack. Skilled in triaging and resolving issues within the planner and systems integrated with the planner. Proficiency in developing real-time algorithms for generating safe trajectories for self-driving vehicles. Ability to design metric suites and testing workflows for rapid iteration on algorithms. Strong problem-solving skills in motion planning, with the ability to implement solutions as scalable, production-quality software. Experience in creating tests and documentation for work done. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams tackling autonomous vehicle challenges. Proficiency in software system design, debugging, and testing. Proficiency with C++, and Python. Experience in data structures and algorithms development. Experience with Git.
