Purpose and Scope

The position is responsible for managing the company's finances, including analysis of data, financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, preparation of disclosure of financial reporting, and internal controls. Acts as catalyst to stimulate and execute changes in the financial profile and/or functions of the company by implementing initiatives, policies, and procedures that lead to business growth and improvement.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Reliable financial reporting for entire corporation in compliance with all laws and regulations.

Create and deliver timely financial analysis and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities.

Identify key risks and opportunities for improvement of financial performance.

Lead change and transformation initiatives, driving excellence in translation of strategy into operating model, organization design, risk management, communication, culture and talent retention and development.

Collaborate closely with CEO, CFO, Board of Directors and other Executive Committee members to achieve functional and whole company strategic objectives.

Required:

University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Master's degree preferred. Strong presentation skills required to present financial results to management and the ability to influence others. Proven ability, track record and experience to effectively lead group in a complex global environment for a multinational pharmaceutical company.
