Job Description:

Asphalt Specialists, LLC is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable (A/R) Billing Specialist, preferably with experience in the construction industry. This individual will be an integral part of our accounting team, providing accurate and timely billing services. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience and Skills:

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of routine and moderately complex billing functions.

Prepare timely and accurate billings for designated projects in accordance with contractual agreements and established billing cycles or client deadlines.

Ensure all invoices are submitted on schedule, including all required supporting documentation.

Collaborate with Project Management teams to generate accurate and complete billing information.

Research and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external business partners and employees at all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Basic math and accounting knowledge.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skills.
