Location: 4225 Sunset Drive, San Angelo, TX Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Compensation: $11.00 per hour or commission, whichever is higher

Ashley HomeStore in San Angelo is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about furniture, home dcor, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers find pieces they love while contributing to a productive team and meeting personal and store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored product recommendations

Sales Process: Guide customers through product demonstrations, selections, and purchases

Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain knowledge of Ashley HomeStore products, features, and current promotions

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Customer Follow-up: Check in with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Sales Floor Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing

Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a positive, high-performing store environment

Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport

Proven sales ability or desire to learn sales techniques

Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems

Previous furniture or retail experience is a plus

Able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
