Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on utility and industrial projects in the Meridian, ID area. This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical construction and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of electrical crews on-site

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project

specifications

Plan, organize, and schedule work to meet deadlines and project

goals

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Communicate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and

subcontractors

Monitor job progress and maintain daily logs and reports

Ensure quality control and adherence to the project scope

Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of crew members

Order materials and coordinate equipment needs

Qualifications

5+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 2

years in a supervisory role

Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Idaho)

Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes

Experience in utility, industrial, or commercial electrical projects

Ability to lead and motivate teams in dynamic jobsite conditions

Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills

Experience with design-build or EPC projects

Familiarity with underground and overhead utility work

CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications
