Position: CNC Programmer - 5-Axis Experience Required

Position Summary

Full-time CNC Programmer (28-35 hrs/week). :::

Responsible for programming and optimizing CNC machining processes for high-precision optical components. :::

::: {role="presentation"}

5-axis machining experience is mandatory. :::

Key Responsibilities

::: {role="presentation"}

Program 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines(Mastercam or equivalent). :::

::: {role="presentation"}

Create accurate toolpaths for complex geometries and tight tolerances. :::

::: {role="presentation"}

Optimize feeds, speeds, and machining strategies for precision and efficiency. :::

::: {role="presentation"}

Interpret drawings, GDandT, and customer specifications. :::

::: {role="presentation"}

Support setup, first-piece inspection, and troubleshooting. :::

::: {role="presentation"}

Reduce cycle time and improve yield through continuous improvements. :::

::: {role="presentation"}

Maintain and organize all CNC programs and machining documentation. :::

::: {role="presentation"}

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments. :::

Required Skills and Experience
