Aloaye Home Care Agency is seeking a Part/Full-Time Marketing Representative to work with us in growing the organization market share. Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will be a "go-getter" with prior experience in the healthcare field and will:

Bachelor's or Associate degree in marketing /business administration

Be creative, entrepreneurial, and a strategic thinker.

Be self-motivated with strong time-management skills.

Have experience with Area Agency on Aging, hospitals and long-term care facilities.

Knowledge and understanding of Maximus, PCA, and Pennsylvania County Assistance Offices plus Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and Long-Term Care

Meet or exceed established targets for client referrals from professional referral sources.

Handle inbound phone calls and follow up on form submissions, old leads, and more, using outbound phone calls for caregivers.

Represent Vita Blue Home Care professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community.

Promote agency services and strengthen existing referral sources.

Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities within the community.

Establish and maintain rapport with healthcare professionals in the territory.

Coordinating Initial Intake visits with Consumers in person and/or virtually.

Creating Assessments and Plans of Care for all new clients

Coordinating care and assisting Case Management with client schedules

Assist in resolving consumer issues and maintaining documentation.

Solicit for Private Insurances

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Engage collaboratively with co-workers as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Be comfortable meeting with clients both at home and in clinical settings, such as hospitals, nursing facilities as well as with Service coordinators and social workers

Primary Responsibilities

Call on and develop relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice agencies, assisted living communities, adult day care centers, senior community centers, and a variety of community-based organizations.

Coordinate post-discharge home care with hospital and skilled nursing facility discharge planners, social workers and physicians.

Plan and lead in-service programs at healthcare and senior care organizations to advance our company goals
