Alaskan Pipeline is looking for a motivated sales associates to join our Ketchikan location. This is a full-time year-round position that will start immediately.

Position Summary:

The successful applicant will be performing a variety of general retail business operations including product knowledge, providing excellent customer service to both walk-in and phone customers, keeping the store clean in all areas, as well as other sales-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, punctual, and reliable.

Essential Skills:

Excellent customer service skills

Accurate cash handling skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work well with minimal supervision

Ability to perform tasks that involve stooping, walking, bending

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting customers as they enter the store

Maintain compliancy with State mandated age requirements of our customers; Must be 21 or older

Assist walk in and phone customers with products andsales

Customer service, with occasional need to resolve a complaint or grievance

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Price, display and re-stock inventory

Clean and Restock shelves as needed

Keep store, shelves, and work area neat and clean

Desirable but not Mandatory Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail environment

Familiarity with pipes, bongs, CBD, and Kratom

Knowledge of POS system

Monitoring of surveillance equipment and Security procedures

Display arrangements.
