Position Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of current or recent retail mortgage origination experience (Encompass preferred)

Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional loans

Goal-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to generate self-sourced business and provide excellent customer service to company-provided leads

Cultivate external Realtor/Business development contacts.

Proven history of success in the mortgage industry

Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to present lending knowledge and information in group or event settings

Registered with NMLS (No state licenses required, as we are a Federally Chartered Credit Union)
