Deliver client projects and training in Machine Learning, Decision Sciences, Optimization, Large Language Models, and Forecasting. Develop and deploy solutions in client environments, continuously monitor model performance, and make recommendations for improvements.

Lead the development of SearchGPT, Aimpoint Digitals Retrieval Augmented Generation tool. Use Python, Dash, and LangChain to create an interface for querying uploaded documents, regularly releasing patches and revisions to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Oversee the development of Aimpoint Digitals Alteryx-to-Dataiku auto-migrator tool. Implement a modular framework using object-oriented programming and Dataiku DSS API, evaluate Alteryx tools for automated migration, and manage a team of four to ensure coordinated development and timely feature releases.

Create optimization-related accelerators, such as personnel planning and batch scheduling models, using solvers like Gurobi, PuLP, and Pyomo. Develop demo applications and marketing campaigns for Aimpoint Digitals Applied Optimization and Simulation services.

Participate in sales calls related to Large Language Models and Decision Science. Conduct whiteboarding sessions with clients to identify opportunities for system improvements.

Author thought-leadership blogs and white papers on Decision Science. Share use-cases from client projects in forums to stimulate professional discussions.

Engage in partner-related initiatives and events, leading conference talks, pursuing certifications and accreditations, and attending meetings with partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku, and Gurobi.
