AFC Industries PA, Inc. a manufacturing company located in Berwick, PA is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. We are a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of Ergonomic Interactive Technical products for various industries.

Our customers include Medical/Healthcare, Public Safety/Mission Control, All Government Agencies, IT and Financial Corporations.

The primary tasks are TIG and MIG welding with additional duties including operations involved in general product assembly. Must be skilled and have the ability to perform tasks as directed with minimal supervision.

Candidate must have a strong work ethic and she/he must have the desire to work as part of a team.

Required Skills & Traits:

Demonstrated experience in TIG and MIG welding steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Accurately interpret and practically and consistently apply information from drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications.

Must be able to adhere to company guidelines and quality standards.

Willingness and ability learn and develop new skills.

Ability to create and interpret technical documentation.

Willingness to work in other departments as requested.

Must be able physically to stand and bend for 8-10 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or Monday to Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
