We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insulation Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales for residential and commercial insulation projects. You'll work closely with contractors, homeowners, and builders to provide energy-efficient solutions tailored to each project.

Key Responsibilities: Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, including occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate their availability. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calls, and site visits. Conduct site assessments to determine insulation needs and develop accurate job estimates. Handle contract preparation, down payment collection, installation photo documentation, and detailed communication with the install team. Educate clients on different @types of insulation materials and benefits (e.g., fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose). Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project scheduling and delivery. Stay informed on industry trends, products, and building codes. Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals.

Requirements: Experience in sales; experience in construction, insulation, or building materials is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable working in field environments and conducting on-site assessments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or sales training is a bonus.
