Develop and optimize marketing and sales systems through strategic planning, system integration, and marketing automation. Evaluate customer behavior and marketing performance data to drive digital strategy, campaign execution, and operational improvement. Oversee the implementation of CRM systems, digital workflows, and web-based communication channels. Design and manage marketing automation workflows, integrate performance tracking platforms, and implement SEO strategies using modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js). Analyze campaign and user data using SQL and BI tools, develop and test marketing assets, and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates. Utilize REST APIs and webhooks to synchronize marketing, CRM, and analytics platforms. Support long-term growth objectives by aligning marketing systems with strategic business needs and delivering measurable performance improvements through analytics, segmentation, and automation. Job Requirements: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing or a related field One year of experience in a marketing, business analysis, or operations role, including:

Analyzing customer and campaign data using SQL and BI tools such as Amplitude

CRM platform setup and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Integrating CRM platforms via REST APIs, JavaScript, and Webhooks

Web traffic and conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms

Omnichannel marketing communications setup using platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp, including writing and customizing email templates with HTML/CSS

Implementing SEO best practices in modern frameworks (e.g., metadata, title tags, internal linking)

Running A/B tests and using data to drive campaign optimization
