Abercrombie Construction, LLC is hiring an experienced HVAC/ Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. We are a small, well-established company based in Lebanon, TN, serving commercial customers throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

This role is ideal for a technician who wants steady work, a positive team environment, and a company that values craftsmanship and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems

Troubleshoot and service commercial refrigeration equipment

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems

Complete service calls, diagnostics, and equipment repairs

Accurately document work performed and parts used

Communicate findings and recommendations to customers

Deliver excellent customer service on every job

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

EPA Certification required

Valid drivers license with good driving record

Must have own basic hand tools

2+ years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable transportation to Lebanon, TN

Preferred Skills

Experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics

Experience with rooftop units, split systems, coolers/freezers

Good communication and customer-service skills

Full-time

After-hours calls and weekend calls as needed (call rotation)
