I have five years of experience as a childcare worker in Japan. Throughout my tenure, I served as both a lead and assistant teacher, and provided specialized care for children with additional needs. I also frequently stepped into the role of a support teacher across various classrooms and assisted the center director and head teacher with administrative operations. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong leadership, high adaptability, and efficient workflow management skills.
