About
Master's level geologist with strong interest and foundation in volcanology, petrology, and geologic hazards. Enjoy working in field environments and working hands-on in both the field and in the lab. Graduate thesis focused Dillon volcanics and using Sr-Nd isotopes and major/trace element geochemistry to determine magma petrogenesis and magma source changes through time relating to the tectonics in the region at the time of magmatism.
Research and fieldwork supported by grants from the Geological Society of America and others. Active member of GSA since 2021 with a strong interest in volcanology and hazard assessment and monitoring of volcanoes.
