Working in security trained me to manage tough situations and balance a plethora of tasks at once. The role requires clear and concise communication between my security team and a discerning eye to remain vigilant for anything unusual.
Customer Service work taught me to problem solve on the fly and maintain confidence and composure in the face of uncertainty. It trained my ability to guide people and lead them to solutions they might not have come to had they been on their own.
