I am an experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in managing operations and customer relations at Red Ribbon Bakeshop in the Philippines for more than 2yrs, also in Retail Industry as a Supervisor at Super Shopping Market Inc. for 3 years and 8 months experienced from food to non food service industry, I have honed my skills in team leadership, inventory management, customer service, and customer efficiency. I have consistently delivered high-quality service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
In my previous role, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff/ manpower schedule ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaning a high standard of customer service. I worked closely with customer, sales and motivate team co-worker to improved customer satisfaction.
I am now looking to bring my expertise in operations management, customer relations, and leadership to a dynamic team in HI USA.
