Experienced Structural and Geo-structural Engineer with more than 20 years of progressively responsible industry practice and experience in structural systems and framing planning, analysis, design, plan check, code-compliance review, structural failure analysis and design of remedial measure, construction documentations and shop drawings, submittals and construction administration, assessment and retrofitting design, topographic survey and grading, and construction support of buildings, industrial structures and heavy-equipment supports, bridges and bridge rating, earth-support systems, bunkers, silos, power-transmission and communication towers and other structures with a strong background in analysis modeling of vertical-, lateral-, environmental- and blast load-resisting systems aligned with the provisions of ACI, AISC, ASCE, AISI, NDS, TMS, IBC, IRC, IEBC, IFC, ANSI/TIA-222, AASHTO, among others, and the corresponding Eurocodes. Proven leadership as Chief Structural Engineer and Project Manager taking projects from inception through completion and handover, directing multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex structural projects working effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with architects and other professionals. Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology with expertise in structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, fiberglass composites, and advanced structural analysis using industry-standard general-purpose and discipline-specific structural engineering software systems along with sound engineering judgment and manual verification. Currently approved to take the Professional Engineer (PE) examination and seeking to contribute technical expertise to consulting engineering firms, infrastructure organizations, or public agencies.
