I bring more than 26 years of international civil engineering, resident engineering, construction management and project-controls experience across major highways, interchanges, utilities and EPC programs.
In my current role as Resident Engineer in Kuwait, I lead supervision and coordination of roads and infrastructure networks for Mutlaa City, a major program serving 28,288 housing units and valued at approximately USD 705 million.
Previously, as Technical Department Manager with ITINERA S.p.A., I led technical delivery, planning, cost/project controls, contracts, payments, budgeting and design coordination for a USD 300 million highway EPC project. I also served as Project Control Manager on a USD 500 million Sixth Ring Road/interchange program.
My background closely matches the construction-administration focus of this role: contractor oversight, progress and schedule review, cost control, contract interpretation, change management, payment and performance monitoring, multidisciplinary coordination and resolution of field issues.
I have worked extensively with public-sector clients, international consultants and contractors on complex transportation programs.
I am fluent in English, prepared to relocate, and would require employer sponsorship for the appropriate U.S. work authorization. I am particularly interested in this position because this vacancy explicitly supports visa sponsorship and aligns strongly with my construction and resident-engineering background.
