My name is Peter L. Harris III. I can multitask in a fast-paced setting and possess great communication skills. I have experience working with many cultures of different financial statuses. My strengths are hard work, teamwork and being able to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Currently, I work as an “Operation Specialist” in the Transportation Department for the Seattle Public Schools. I perform a variety of administrative and operations support tasks. Such as: auditing and accounting support functions for the Transportation office. I deliver the primary review and audit of transportation expenditure documents for accuracy and compliance to District and State policies and procedures (regulations). I administer support to the Transportation Assistant Manager of Business Operations. I serve as the liaison with other offices, service providers, and local and state agencies. I think this will be a great opportunity for me to learn, serve the community and challenge to grow at the same time. I am a fast learner; team player and I can adapt to any work environment.
