About
My name is Molly Osgood and I have BA in art education. My emphasis areas include painting and ceramics.
I was inspired by my high school art teacher to become an educator. He went to the University of Northern Iowa which is ultimately why I decided to pursue my degree at UNI. Without his positive and encouraging presence in and out of the art classroom, I would not be where and who I am today.
As an educator, my goal is to be a positive influence in people's lives just as my art teacher was in mine. I will teach my students about the endless possibilities that come with creating art. I strive to educate my students about a wide variety of mediums. It is important to me that students are given opportunities to explore what they value and believe through art. My classroom is a place for all to feel respected, safe, and a sense of belonging!.
