About
To whom it may concern,
I appreciate you taking the time to consider me as the newest addition to the
VA. My name is Michelle, though I am more familiar with “Micki.” I graduated from High Point University, North Carolina, in August of 2024. I passed the PANCE in September. My first position was in primary care, and I am currently working as a casual employee at an urgent care clinic.
In primary care, I was working in a rural setting very independently; I was the only provider in the clinic the majority of the time. I worked a 20/40 shift and typically saw 14-18 patients in an 8-hour shift. The reviews I received from my patients were very positive, which I am happy to share with you if desired. I firmly believe that the patient experience is central to a patient’s health, their satisfaction, and their compliance with treatment. Therefore, I prioritize listening intently to every patient, so they never feel like a number, while still moving the appointment forward efficiently. Both of my previous positions were staffed with an excellent team, including RNs, MAs, and coworkers who help with scheduling and referrals. The team with whom I work is very important to me.
Please review my CV and contact me at your convenience so that we may have the opportunity to meet in person. I sincerely look forward to the opportunity to meet you.
Very gratefully,
Michelle (Micki) Keeton, PA-C, MPAS
