About
I have served as a Human Resources NCO since May 2002, building over two decades of progressive leadership and operational experience across multiple echelons. At the unit level, I directly supported and maintained accountability for more than 100 Soldiers, ensuring accurate and timely personnel actions in a high-tempo environment. Most recently, I served at the brigade level as the Personnel Services NCO (PSNCO), where I led and supervised over 14 full-time personnel responsible for executing daily human resource operations.
My responsibilities extend far beyond routine administrative functions. I oversee and execute complex HR actions including promotions, reductions, leave, awards, and line-of-duty medical processing, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidance. I am highly proficient in interpreting and applying Army regulations and doctrinal guidance, often serving as the subject matter expert for personnel policy and procedures.
Throughout my career, I have managed and maintained over 400 Soldier personnel records, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and audit readiness at all times. Additionally, I am responsible for the professional development and evaluation of subordinate Soldiers, conducting annual performance assessments and providing mentorship to enhance their effectiveness and readiness.
