I’m a highly adaptable and solutions-driven professional with over 15 years of experience across office management, executive support, customer service, and marketing coordination. I’ve built a career around stepping into roles that need structure, efficiency, and someone who knows how to get things done—often without a roadmap.
One of my core strengths is organization. At GTM Construction, I transformed a disorganized office by implementing QuickBooks, creating a system for tracking invoices and job costs, and streamlining project workflows with the field team. My work contributed to the company becoming one of the top drywall and paint contractors in the Charlotte area. My ability to handle fast-paced, high-stakes environments made me a key part of their operations team.
Earlier in my career, I held an Account Manager position at Spectrio/10 Foot Wave, where I managed a portfolio of clients, increased repeat business by 25%, and helped onboard and train new team members.
I also have entrepreneurial experience—I owned and operated a cleaning business in New Zealand and North Carolina while raising two children. That experience taught me resilience, self-motivation, and the importance of customer satisfaction.
