I have extensive experience in public safety, emergency management, and municipal government most recently completing my service as the CEO for the Town of Bel Air, Maryland. I have worked in Local government overseeing fire, police. EMS, Emergency Management, 911 public safety dispatch. I have managed operational budgets exceeding $20 million. I am currently an adjunct faculty member the University of Maryland Global Campus teaching in the field of public safety administration.
