About
Over the past four years, I’ve built a strong mix of technical and hands-on experience across IT and large-scale infrastructure environments. Currently, I work as a Level 3 Data Technician supporting Microsoft’s Fairwater Data Center, where I handle physical network infrastructure tasks including break/fix troubleshooting, cabling verification, and completing PNaaS tickets to maintain reliable connectivity across data center systems. This role has given me direct experience working with enterprise hardware, network ports, and large-scale data center operations.
Prior to this, I worked in IT at The Prestwick Group, where I supported day-to-day technical operations including troubleshooting network issues, setting up and configuring devices, managing user accounts, and assisting employees with various technology needs across the organization.
I also took on social media management for my local golf course during their new ownership transition, creating content and helping improve the course’s online presence.
Altogether, these roles have helped me develop strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills, while learning how to adapt quickly in both corporate IT environments and large-scale infrastructure settings.
