I am a dedicated and hardworking professional with experience in customer service, virtual support, and logistics operations. Over the years, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills while working in fast-paced environments. I have experience assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences both in-person and remotely.
My previous work experience includes roles with VDOT virtual support, Maximus customer service, and GXO Logistics as an equipment operator. These positions helped me strengthen my ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work well independently and as part of a team. I also have experience using AI tools, including ChatGPT and Python, which has expanded my technical and analytical skills.
One of my biggest achievements is returning to school while balancing work and personal responsibilities. I am currently pursuing an associate degree in Medical Administration and expect to graduate in April 2027. This demonstrates my commitment to personal growth, education, and building a successful long-term career.
