A results-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience leveraging technical skills to develop innovative solutions for compliance and soft skill training in regulated and non-regulated environments. As a technical analyst and support specialist, I have worked on implementations, migrations, and configurations within various learning management systems. I utilized my technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve training issues, create SOPs, and develop training forms, and job aids. Additionally, I created eLearning, ILTs, and OJT to meet yearly compliance requirements. I facilitated weekly new hire onboarding training sessions and worked on the project team that developed the new hire onboarding program. I conducted workshops on navigating and understanding learning management systems, and good manufacturing and documentation practices. I led CAPA investigations and held workshops to train new CAPA investigators. Additionally, I have extensive experience consulting management on best practices for building departmental training. I have helped end users troubleshoot training issues, and instructional designers troubleshoot SCORM and API issues. I enjoy collaborating with team members but can work independently if necessary. My experience has afforded me the versatility to work globally spanning multiple time zones and continents.
