I have experience with a variety of Microsoft programs including, but not limited to excel, PowerPoint, and Word. I am also able to adapt and learn other software rather quickly.
I have experience in customer service, organization skills, communication, and writing skills. The bulk of these skills were gained via my time at Old Dominion University and various jobs.

Hello, I am Breanna Forte and I'm currently a student at Old Dominion University. I have much experience in the customer service industry, which have taught me social skills and effective protocol when dealing with the public.
Not only this, but my time in college has taught me a lot in more complex fields such as human factors, reading/understanding quantitative data, handling different types of software, and office etiquette.
Places like Cracker Barrel and Chick Fil Le is where I got my start, but now, I am hoping to start new and find a suitable place to apply my skillset.
